Overview Support Teachers provide assistance to teachers in the classroom, helping to ensure that students are learning and achieving their educational goals. They may work with students of all ages, from preschool to high school, and may provide support in a variety of areas, including academic, behavioral, and social-emotional. Support Teachers may work with individual students or small groups, and may provide instruction, guidance, and support to help students succeed. They may also help to create and implement individualized learning plans, monitor student progress, and provide feedback to teachers and parents. Job Skills Required

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field
• State certification or licensure
• Previous experience working with students
