Established in 2014 in Zug, Switzerland, Weng Contemporary ( www.wengcontemporary.com ) is a digital boutique and e-commerce platform offering a curated selection of limited editions by famous contemporaryartists, such as Jeff Koons, Damien Hirst, Alex Katz and many others. We collaborate with art galleries, interior designers, auction houses and specialize in both B2B and B2C.

As a new team member, you will support us in all the logistics areas that are necessary to run a dynamic and successful company.

Key responsibilities:

Sales Administration:

• Aftersales and customer service (invoicing, shipping, after-sales issues, insurance cases, etc)
• Working closely with the Finance, Accounting, Sales and Marketing teams
• Preparing sales and inventory lists
• Managing inventory on different offline and online platforms
• Liaising with the customers and suppliers in person, via email and on the phone

Logistics Management:

• Inventory management
• General office administration
• Finding logistic solutions for complex projects
• Organising and coordinating worldwide shipment of the artworks
• Liaising with the shipping companies, tax and customsauthorities, end customers and partners

Competencies and requirements:

• Willingness to learn and grow within and with the company
• Team player with a positive and proactive attitude
• Good written and spoken English, German desirable
• High attention to details and organisation skills
• Microsoft Office and Computer literacy, good Excel skills is a must
• Swiss work permit or UE passport required
• Interest in the contemporary art market / logistics / administration
• Previous similar work experience is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adaptability to change
