This includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and training and development. They are also responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, as well as providing support to the HR team. The Human Resources Advisor will also be responsible for conducting investigations, preparing reports, and providing advice and guidance on HR-related matters. Job Skills Required

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in a Human Resources role
• Professional certification in Human Resources (e.g. PHR, SHRM-CP, etc.) is preferred
