The position is temporary from November 2023 to the end of May 2024, with the possibility of extension.

Tasks:

• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
• Determine selection criteria.
• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks).
• Be responsible for the recruitment process, including candidate selection, communication, interviews, reference checks, and offer negotiations.
• Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates, as well as internal stakeholders
• Promote talent advancement activities within the organization and advocate for internal talent advancement opportunities.

Profile:

• Bachelor's degree or a degree preferably in Economics, Psychology, HR, or a related discipline.
• A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
• Familiar with the use of application tracking tools.
• Strong interpersonal and networking skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Several years of in-house end-to-end recruiting experience in a global matrix environment
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; German language skills are a plus.
