Job Description

PMO Support / 40-80%

Experis are currently assisting our client, a leading company in banking industry, with their search for a Junior PMO Support in the Global Procurement. If you can start as soon as possible and bring along the required background, please read on and apply!

Location: Zurich

Start: asap

Duration: 3 Months + potential extension

Tasks:

  • Internal meetings, etc.)
  • Coordinating tasks forinvitations to tender (invitations, verify internal/external
  • General administrative tasks(e.g. structured filing of documents and support withSharepoint Content & Ddesign, etc)
  • Assist in the preparation ofpresentations and reports
  • Preparation and support for newtenders (RFI/RFP)
  • Assistance in the development of asupplier management for themain suppliers
  • Participants, Q&A's, consolidate RFP's feedbacks, prepare vendor presentations,

Profile:

  • Fluent in English, German is nice to have
  • Independent and structured
  • Flair for organisational tasks and a sstructured approach
  • Resilient and versatile personality
  • StrongMS Office skills
  • Outgoing, communicativeandopen-minded personality
