To join their Singapore team, Rhone is looking for a:
CLIENT OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR
SUMMARY
Reporting to the Global Administration Manager, the Client Operations Administrator (“Administrator”) is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the Trust Administration team.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Completion of template resolutions and payments including checklists, call backs and signatory approvals;
- Completion of all bank account documents including account opening and ongoing maintenance of bank documentation;
- Recording of relevant documentation. This will include updating database information as well as scanning of relevant documents;
- Ensuring that transactions are processed timely, accurately, efficiently and within the prescribed policies;
- Completion of private equity subscription documents including checklists, calls backs and signatory approvals. This will include follow up capital call requirements;
- Support and assist the Management in managing operational risk within the respective team/s to avoid operational losses;
REQUIREMENTS
Suitable candidates will require an excellent command of English and French both spoken and written. Accuracy is essential for the role so the successful candidate will require excellent attention to detail and quality of execution. They will have strong communication skills and have a proactive approach to delivery within a deadline-driven environment. As the role will require supervisory support of internal and external stakeholders the success of the role will require excellent interpersonal skills. This will be a developing role with good growth opportunity so the successful candidate will be someone who is able to evaluate process and adapt to changes to the role.
Relevant experience for the role may include banking back office, payment operations, legal secretarial, data entry or central file.
